Corporate banking redesign

End-to-end strategy for the evolution of a corporate transactional platform, replacing a legacy system without disrupting critical business operations and scaling the design system.

Wellness on demand

End-to-end transformation of a wellness platform serving over 298,000 users. The redesign addressed the high cognitive load of the B2C interface and standardized B2B corporate customization. We implemented a scalable model while optimizing conversion.

UX/UI Implementation Strategy

The institution's UX maturity level limited the scalability and consistency of its digital products, so I took the lead in structuring and implementing a custom design framework from scratch.
